Privacy notice

What this website keeps, what an inquiry involves, and what happens to both. Last updated: October 2026.

1

This website itself

This site is a static website. It sets no cookies of its own, it runs no advertising or analytics scripts, and it builds no profiles of visitors.

Our hosting provider records standard delivery logs — the time of a request and the address requested — as it must to keep a site online and secure. That is the only trace this website keeps of a visit.

Inquiry information

An inquiry asks only for what is needed to review a matter: your name, organisation and contact details, and your description of what happened.

Please leave out account credentials — passwords, PINs, full account numbers — and do not send original documents until we confirm how to send material securely.

We do not add inquiry information to any marketing list, and we do not send unsolicited material in reply.

3

What inquiry information is used for

Exactly three things: reviewing whether a matter is in scope, running a conflict check before any substantive discussion, and replying to you.

If the review does not lead further, the information you sent has no second purpose. It is not sold, shared or reused for anything else.

4

Who can see it

The named case contact who reviews your inquiry. If a matter proceeds to an engagement, only those working on the matter — for example local counsel — and only as far as the work requires.

How we handle that obligation in practice is described on the confidentiality page.

5

How long it is kept

For as long as it serves the review, the reply and any engagement that follows — and no longer.

You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask for what an inquiry left behind to be deleted, or withdraw an inquiry by saying so.

6

Publication

Nothing from an inquiry appears on this site. Client names and case details are not published without written consent — the same standard the results page holds itself to.

7

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the change appears on this page, and the “last updated” line above is the reference point.

Questions

If you have a question about anything above, start an inquiry and ask it directly. Privacy questions are answered like any other matter: in writing, in plain language.
